Arhad Dal(Kandul Dal)

Besan, also known as gram flour, is a pulse flour made from ground chickpeas (specifically Bengal gram) and is a staple ingredient in Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and other cuisines of the Indian subcontinent.
